In Paradise Tycoon, resources and crops play a crucial role in various aspects of the game, such as crafting, building, and participating in events. Understanding their types, locations, and rarity enhances your gameplay.
By playing Paradise Tycoon, players will also encounter the in-game currency called Moani token, which is an integral part of your journey within this virtual world. Moani can be obtained through various means. Primarily, you can acquire it by engaging in various activities within the game, such as completing one-off quests and tasks, participating in events, or through sales of your crafted items and resources. Moani can also be acquired directly on the game's platform, or from supported exchanges after TGE.
Resource collecting can be divided into four categories: foraging, farming, natural resources, and fishing. Players can also trade resources with NPCs or other players and earn them as rewards.
Foraging
As players explore the game world, they will encounter a wide variety of resources, from simple crafting materials like palm leaves or wood to rare gems. Common items can be found on the beach, while rare or legendary ones are more challenging to locate and often require more extensive exploration or participation in special events. These rare resources provide players with opportunity to craft the most powerful NFT items and add an extra layer of excitement to the game. Foraging may sometimes require specific tools and new resources appear daily.
By engaging in farming activities, players can cultivate various crops such as wheat, corn, and tomatoes. These crops can be grown using seeds that range in rarity from common to legendary. Small and limited amount of common seeds can be acquired for free and more seeds can be purchased from vendors or found during exploration.
Gathering natural resources is similar to farming but without the need for planting. The supply of resources like minerals, wood, and sand is infinite, but the regrowth typically takes longer. Rare items may occasionally be found while gathering natural resources.
The crystal clear waters of Paradise Tycoon offer an ideal environment for fishing. Players simply need a fishing rod and a couple of baits. Fishing rods can be crafted, purchased from a vendor, or bought from the Auction Hall. Then, they can find a great spot on the beach or sail to the sea to cast their lines.
Fishing is a minigame that requires patience and timing. The bigger the fish, the more careful players need to be when reeling it in. The quality of the fishing rod affects the player's chances of catching the fish, so having a better rod can give them an edge. However, luck still plays a role in the catch of the day.
MOANI the currency of Paradise Tycoon
Once you've acquired MOANI tokens, you can enhance your gaming experience by spending them on in-app purchases such as blueprints, tools, decorations, and more. MOANI can also be used for services such as acquiring higher ranked islands, allowing you to invest in your island's infrastructure and create a thriving virtual paradise.
MOANI is essential for in-game purchases, trading, and marketplace transactions, enabling a player-driven economy in Paradise Tycoon. By acquiring and spending MOANI, you can trade with others and shape your unique journey in the game.
