# TEAM MISSION

### Our Vision

**Empires Not Vampires** has taken the initiative to be on the frontline of KPI-driven, fun-to-play, and **sustainable** blockchain games.

At Empires, we take luck out of the question when designing games. Creativity and passion are great motivators (and we have lots), but only half of the equation. When creativity meets data, great, long-lasting games are created. We build our games for our audiences - not for ourselves. Games must be fun, engaging and even endearing for the players in order to succeed.

### Our Mission

Our mission is to create interoperable social blockchain games with sustainable economies and digital ownership that will last for decades.

We will set an example of how blockchain technology can have a huge uplift in mainstream quality games through digital ownership and we will reach new audiences outside of crypto natives with easy onboarding and great user experience. Simply put, we take Web3 gaming to its next era.

### Our Values

In a world filled with humanitarian and environmental crises, we create games promoting friendly and social cohesion instead of competitive PvP battling, while searching for the best ecological solutions. We make efforts to compensate for our carbon emissions to ensure a bright future for the next gaming generations to come.

### Our Art

Paradise Tycoon’s game art reflects our values through its colorful, happy, and engaging visual style inspired by the diversity of nature, people, and life in its marvelous complexity. Each character, environment, and animation exhibit our values down to the tiniest detail.
