In Paradise Tycoon, players are transported into a diverse tropical environment. The game's environment responds to the player's interactions, whether with in-game entities or objects, creating emergent gameplay and giving players the opportunity to create their own fun alongside the designed gameplay objectives.
Each player in Paradise Tycoon will have their own paradise island. Players can utilize their land for producing resources, building, personalizing their environment or to create their own events and inviting friends from all over the world to collaborate, trade, compete or just to hang around.
At first, it serves as the training ground for learning the game's mechanics, but once players progress they can acquire a higher ranking NFT island and become a part of the metaverse, forming a neighborhood and unlocking the full game content.
Early participants of the Alpha and Beta version might have already acquired Genesis Islands from the pre-sale before the World Creation Event, i.e., the global game launch. New players can also choose to purchase higher ranked (but not genesis) islands in-game with Moani, the in-game currency and token.
Higher-ranking lands provide additional benefits, such as more space for residential and production buildings, better resource harvesting options and more visually striking features, while also unlocking a special tier in Paradise Pass feature and much more!
Each individual NFT island is unified with 7 neighbors by shared communal land, forming a neighborhood. This collective space fosters collaboration and social interaction, and offers rarer items not found on personal islands. Players will be divided into plains, each consisting of 125 neighborhoods.
Regardless of rank, each island features a harbor that serves as a gateway to the larger metaverse, enabling players to embark on adventures to other player islands, the bustling Port Ohana, or explore the outworld's numerous locations.
The vital and dynamic center in the world of Paradise Tycoon, Port Ohana, brings players together for shopping, quests, NFT minting and social interaction to enrich their overall gaming experience.
Port Ohana serves as a home to a diverse array of non-player characters (NPCs) in Paradise Tycoon. This is where players can engage with vendors to purchase crafting tools and items, or other goods like consumables that can boost production, as well as vanity items and customization tools for enhancing buildings and personalizing the player's environment. Additionally, players can find various service providers, craft NFTs while also making their first trades at the Auction House.
The Auction House is the cornerstone of player-to-player trading in the game, providing a thriving marketplace where players can buy, sell, and trade items with one another.
Additionally, Sidequest NPCs can be found throughout the village, offering exciting new tasks and objectives for players to embark on. In the near future, player can also find the Barbershop, MOANI trading terminal, and other exciting locations to visit!
For those who crave more than the tranquility of their island home, Paradise Tycoon will soon offer exciting adventures in numerous locations in the rich and diverse Outworld that can be undertaken alone or with friends. In the Outworld locations in Paradise Tycoon, such as Makubo Jungle, players can take on new challenges, complete exiciting side quests, discover rare resources and valuable items or even ancient blueprints that aid in crafting and building.
In the alpha and beta phase, players had the opportunity to explore the mysterious Ancient Ruins. Access to this special location was granted by owning a Genesis Key, one of the items minted in the Genesis NFT mint. These intriguing locations promise unparalleled adventure and discovery, enriching the overall Paradise Tycoon experience.
